Job vacancy : *****Painting Estimator / Manager NEEDED ...

We are looking for a Sales/Estimator/Marketing/Management individual!

We are a growing painting company that has been in business for over half a decade and need YOU to help us. We have a need for internal help because customers keep knocking down our door asking for our services. We offer light construction type things such as painting, drywalling, wallpapering and operate in DC, VA and MD.

The job duties would include (but wouldn?t be limited to):
- Learning the industry as far as products and numbers go.
- Marketing to potential customers in many different ways.
- Scheduling appointment at the customer?s house and doing the estimate.
- Typing up estimate, sending it out, and following up on the sale to bring it to a contract.
- Managing the project once started.
- The hours would be 8am-6pm and if appointments needed to be set up outside of that (on the weekends for instance) then they would have to be done then (the customer is always right, right??..)
- Brand apparel would have to be worn outside the office on appointments.
- Other miscellaneous things from time to time.

We would like you to have these attributes:
1. A college background (not required, but preferred)
2. Previous sales experience
3. Previous experience in the home improvement industry (painter, sales, paint store rep, project manager, etc?)
4. Our office is in North Arlington, so if you live nearby that would be a good thing, but not required

OTHER positions available or skills needed would be:
1. Marketing Director
2. Project manager
3. Advertising guru
4. Website designer
5. Painter/Drywaller/Wallpaper

Any of these positions would be open now. Compensation would be based on qualifications, duties, and experience, but in any circumstance negotiable.
