Orange Chipotle Chicken Wings - Food Babbles

Orange Chipotle Chicken Wings

Nothing says summer like lighting up that grill in the backyard and cooking over the open flame. I love to grill my food, especially with this heat wave we?ve been having. The last thing I want to do is turn on my oven and make my house any hotter than it already is. I?m all about grilling steaks, chicken, fish? anything and everything! Recently I was introduced to a line of all-natural, easy to use marinades, sauces and oils, Chef LaLa Homemade.

After reading the labels, I was immediately drawn to these products because the ingredient list contains all common ingredients like a marinade you might make from scratch at home. Not only that, I like that Chef LaLa is creating a product that is healthy as well which is important me since I started running.I couldn?t wait to try the Tequila Lime Cilantro Marinade. While having dinner at my in-laws?I made a few appetizers. The first were marinated shrimp which we grilled. The first thing that struck me about these shrimp was the bright citrus flavor at first bite. So fresh and your senses are just lured into wanting more. Next I made Orange Chipotle Chicken Wings. These were the perfect wing for someone who isn?t crazy about hot wings but still wants full flavor. Here the citrus notes meld with the warmth of chipotle which made these wings disappear fast.

What I liked best about these marinades is that each one will work for different types of protein. The Orange Chipotle Marinade would taste wonderful on anything. I?d like to try it on ribs or fish. The Carne Asada Marinade was favorite. It was the first one I tried, sadly we gobbled up the steak I marinated before I even thought to take any sort of photograph. It was that good! But why should I be the only one who gets to give these goods a go?
